ORDERS

Credit Card orders are processed securely by Stripe, Syzygy Outdoor Gear does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Bank Transfer is an alternative payment method and does not require you to sign up or share your card details.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

DELIVERY

Local Delivery will be S.F Express.

S.F Express Delivery will cost HKD22-52 . Please note, these costs only apply to H.K.S.A.R. There may be a surcharge for highlands and Islands.

We aim to process orders in 3 business days, although at busy times we may take up to one working week.

Delivery charges are for a fixed postal cost depending on the weight of the package. We do not add any extra charge for packing, as we recycle all the packaging we receive.

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome international orders. Delivery charges will be added before payment is taken. International shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package. If you would like a specific quote, if you would like to query a shipping charge, or if you have a special request, please email info@syzygyoutdoorgear.com.

Please include telephone no. on International orders, as local couriers will need to contact you.

Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of International Orders.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Syzygy Outdoor Gear but if not, we can offer an free exchange on any item as long as it is returned in a unused and saleable conditions. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.

We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and not shared with any third party.
